The Alerts act as a warning to potential investors that an individual or business is not registered to engage in selling securities in Manitoba, and\/or their products are being offered in a manner contrary to or directly violating\u00a0 securities laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a complete understanding of investment frauds and scams visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.recognizeinvestmentfraud.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Recognize Investment Fraud<\/strong><\/a>, a MFSA website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members of the public are advised to contact MSC if they believe they have been targeted by any type of investment fraud attempt.
