MSC issues notice on Crocus Fund
distribution to shareholders

Winnipeg – The Manitoba Securities Commission has issued an informative
notice today regarding the receivership of the Crocus Investment Fund.

Deloitte Restructuring Inc. is administering
receivership in this matter. This notice is provided for information purposes
only, and MSC is not otherwise involved in the receivership of the Fund.
