Winnipeg, Manitoba (November 26, 2009) – Following a hearing held November 25, 2009, The Manitoba Securities Commission issued an Order approving the Settlement Agreement reached between Staff of the Commission and John William Duncan Nicholson, National Bank Financial Ltd., and Edward Gordon Alexander Percival in the above named matter.
