Winnipeg – The Manitoba Securities Commission today issued an order approving the Settlement Agreement reached between Staff of the Commission and Jeffrey Mark Rabb, Dorchester Developments Ltd. Operating as Winpark Dorchester Properties, and Alderman Capital Corporation operating as Alderman Capital in the above named matter, which was heard on Nov. 27, 2019.
