BRET ALLAN DOBBIN – CHARGES UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT and THE MORTGAGE BROKERS ACT

Winnipeg – Sentencing of Bret Allan Dobbin, 59, scheduled to commence in Provincial Court on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021, has been adjourned to Jan. 4, 2022, at 2 p.m. in a courtroom to be determined.

Dobbin plead guilty to 18 counts of trading without registration under The Securities Act and 36 counts under The Mortgage Brokers Act on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021.
