Winnipeg Sentencing of Bret Allan Dobbin, scheduled to commence in Provincial Court on Jan. 4, 2022, at 2 p.m., did not proceed. The court matter has been adjourned to Feb. 10, 2022, at 10 a.m. in a courtroom 402.
Dobbin plead guilty to 18 counts of trading without registration under Loi sur les valeurs mobilières; and 36 counts under Loi sur les courtiers d’hypothèques on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021.
